Using technology developed for the watch making industry, our sliding headstock Swiss Automatic Screw Machines produce the closest tolerance machined components available. Tolerances of .0002″ have been achieved on turned inside and outside diameters. This technology also allows for the turning of complex shapes over very long distances relative to the diameter of the workpiece.

Erie Specialty Products routinely machines a wide variety of components produced from many metal alloys. This could include common alloys such as CDA 360 Brass, 12L14 Carbon Steel, or 300 Series Stainless Steel.
